The Spicy Vinegar is blended from the hottest varieties Hot Winter has on hand. The combination of Bulgarian Carrot, Golden Cayanne, Hinkelhatz and Aji Crystal chiles creates a boldly complex spice. The chile vinegar was discovered while creating Hot Winter's original fermented hot sauce. This is not a chile flavored vinegar, but an all natural vinegar made only from chiles and garlic. These are aromatic, briny and piquant. Makes for great margaritas! These can also be used in spritzers, salad dressings, or for brining meats.
