Inspired by the salty licorice of Scandinavia, we got to work on our own proprietary recipe, starting with pure sea salt, sustainably harvested from Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. We then carefully toast the sugar and butter to a perfect golden brown, before stirring in the molasses and anise. The result: a creamy licorice that slowly unfolds on your palate and finishes with a hit of salt and anise that lingers until you want another one. * Our natural colored licorice does not contain the traditional food coloring found in salty black licorice
