The New Mexico Chile pepper is unlike any other. Grown in various regions throughout the state, including the famous Hatch Valley, these peppers are known for their subtle spice and delightful flavor. From there, they're roasted using traditional methods, peeled and chopped just like New Mexicans have been doing for years. Their green chile comes in Mild (pictured), Medium, and Hot, as well as a Medium Red.
