Stocked has set out to do one thing: inspire the use of great products every day. We are a local community of food entrepreneurs sharing ideas, resources, and a communal space. We craft a variety of small batch items in-house, all with special attention given to simple ingredients, bold flavors, and striking packaging. We work with 500+ specialty shops, markets, and restaurants across the nation to share our products with the world. Through shared resources and collaboration we’ve realized we’re better together than separate.
Meet Our Team
Bryan Mitchiner, Founder
Our CEO, condiment guru, and sales-extraordinaire. Bryan brings in all of the products here at Stocked, and works directly with the business owners to make sure that we understand their stories. Then, he helps them to get into the 500+ stores that we work with across the states. When Bryan isn’t doing CEO things, he’s either goofing off or playing competitive ping-pong.
Justin Hoffman, Production and Product Development
In a fit of inspiration Justin first created Mustard and Co.’s Honey Curry mustard recipe, which launched Mustard and Co. onto the specialty food scene. His love for unusual ingredients and willingness to eschew convention have helped guide Mustard and Co., and now Stocked, into becoming what it is today. He runs our production kitchen here at Stocked Studios, and when he’s not making mustard, he helps out with our in-house products, like Georgetown Pantry Supply.
Dominic Plasencia, Operations, Account Management, Fulfillment
Admittedly, Dominic has had a crush on Mustard and Co. since it’s inception. A colleague of Bryan and Justin in 2013 he’s kept close tabs on all of their success. So when a wayward jar of Black Truffle landed in his office in Alaska he couldn’t wait to share with Bryan. A conversation of old times ensued and after some deliberation they decided to join forces once again. He brings an affinity for flannel, a love of all things wild and breadth of retail/distribution experience to the Stocked team.
