As it happened, The YES Bar started with a bunch of No's. Abigail, the creator of The YES Bar, was sick and tired of telling her son Arthur no, no, no, you can't eat that. It wasn't because he was constantly asking for junk food (as I was at that age). Rather, it was his diet restrictions that meant all sorts of processed foods were off limits. And so, Abigail came up with The YES Bar, made only with ingredients that you recognize as food (organic nuts, seeds, dried fruit and spices, maple syrup, coconut butter and tahini, and a dash of sugar) - YES, Arthur, you can have this. And if Arthur can eat it, chances are everyone else can; YES Bars are plant-based, paleo, vegan and free of GMO’s, gluten, grains, dairy, corn, soy, eggs & peanuts. All that, and they still taste like homemade cookies. YES please.
