Smoked Salmon on Dijon-Herb Butter Toast

We're incredibly excited to be introducing a new product to you: Mustard and Co.'s Golden Dijon

Mustard and Co. applied their raw process to a traditional Dijon style recipe, with just a tad of our own Georgetown Pantry Supply golden honey to round it out.

We want to share this recipe with you to not only inspire you to use the mustard as a condiment, but also as an ingredient.  This simple yet bold appetizer is a real crowd pleaser- we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

10 oz smoked salmon

2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature

1 Tbsp lemon zest

3 Tbsp lemon juice

1/2 Cup chives, finely chopped

1 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper
